The #1 Social Media Influencer on Wall Street writes about aspartame

Catherine Northington, writing about sugar substitutes in the Wall Street Cheat Sheet, which has an on-line audience of 15 million visitors per month, points out that aspartame is among the most commonly used sweeteners, and that the FDA itself calls aspartame "one of the most thoroughly tested and studied food additives the agency has ever approved."

The article also reports that the American Cancer Society considers aspartame to be safe, and that claims that aspartame may be linked to cancer have been found to be untrue, or have relied on fundamentally flawed tests.
